Enabled I normally agree with you but not this time. pixelnourish I admire your restraint as I’ve read through this thread and wouldn’t have been so kind. There is a way to be frustrated without being rude and the threadstarter was clearly not. A better toned request would have had other members falling over themselves to help.I’m sorry mate, responding to fire with fire will only lead to nothing! My suggestion to everyone. Remain impartial and polite, or don’t step in! As my suggestion went to pixelnourish, if you feel the conversation is insulting, report the post, or flag it for staff reply, and leave it! It’s better to stay out of something than just get in there for ranting on and on until the topic gets locked!
Edit I’ve edited the topic title, please do not use caps lock!
Really? I’m now the bad guy here? You think that is me responding with fire to fire?! Hah.
Whatever. Seriously… whatever.

Thanks – I’m glad someone saw what I said for what it was.
Wow.
I’d like to stick up for authors, as I’m really tired of seeing posts like this all the time. So I’d like to point out a few things:
- Support is optional here at Envato. None of the authors are required to give support, but the ones who do so give it out of the kindness of their heart.
So demanding support – as well as support within a few hours (Remember! Not everybody is in the same timezone as you are!) is ludicrous and unprofessional. - Your attitude to purchasing a file as cheap as $40 is completely unnecessary and uncalled for. How would you like it if someone attacked you the way you’ve attacked this author? Kindness and patience goes a long way.
- If you had read the page that cosmincotor linked you, I believe you would’ve resolved your issue yourself. As prezzz wrote, this is a common question that gets asked a lot and this is 99.9% of the time, the solution to the question.
- Take a chill pill and allow yourself more time on a project if you’re currently delivering that urgently.
Think next time you go to the public forum of a marketplace this large to [removed by mod] about a file you’ve spent next-to-nothing on, which the author has spent hours/weeks building.

Hi, , how long is the review time these days on PD?
To answer your question – I’m not sure.
Just wanted to point out though that that’s pretty off-topic for this post.
Hi cloud9,
If you’re looking to contact anyone else regarding this, feel free to contact me via my profile page. Would be more than happy to discuss!

I’ll bite:

www.facebook.com/kate.payton – To subscribe to my profile page
Cheers!
- You put another $20 into the marketplace, leaving you with $15 to spash around with at a later date.
- You could purchase it via “Buy Now”, paying $42 dollars total. This would still leave your current $35 alone though.
I would recommend #1, but honestly these are your 2 choices. Hope that helps.
Will chip in my interest for this too. I’m a FED /designer, who has beginner knowledge in coding for WordPress.

Oh god, I love this one. Right now I wish there were a ‘Like’ button on the forums
I highly suggest you consider Tonkinese cats. I currently have one and he is so good natured, and has lovely markings. He’s always been an indoor cat – as long as you don’t allow your cat to go outside unless in a crate/on a cat lead, then you shouldn’t have a problem with that.
Hope that helps
As far as I am aware, you only need to test for IE8 /9, but it mustn’t look horriffic in IE6 /7.
Someone feel free to over-rule me here though
