My plan is

1- choose the best shopping cart template in TF 2- agree with it’s author 3- convert it to magento 4- share the profit with author

this is because i tired of rejections and i can use something which approved before by reviewers for fast item submissions am i right or start design from scratch and waiting more than 6 time rejection and i don’t know why it’s rejected no details information’s provided

i can design from scratch and i can custom any existing template ( which way i will go to start up fast with TF ) thanks

Best thing to do is to contact the html theme author and ask if your able to collaborate with him, so you create a commerce theme of his html and share profits. Then offer him 30% of sales since you do the support, documentation and conversion. Just make sure all agreements are on paper, so you have something to fall back to in case something went wrong.

No, you need the permission from the author of that teplate in order to redistribute it

in the future how can i prove that i have that permission and if reviewer ask me about author permission ,,, is it something like email from him or file

 Can i buy Extended Licence of any html TF and convert it to magento theme or opencart or zencart or whatever category
i will make changes on theme and integrate it with backend option panel

For example i will buy any TF html template and start converting it to any ecommerce platform with my modefication of gfx and color and add alot of options and jquery just for make them approval fast by reviewers – absolutely i will follow the ecommerce platform standards

the second question is

if i decide to convert it to magento and zencart and oscommerce .. how many Extended Licence i will have to buy
