I’m a big fan of the business cards here on Graphic River and a big fan of the business card designs from the likes of Kaixer, Hertzel, Rayzong, etc – so just to make clear, I am not complaining about business cards themselves, I think they’re great…

however it makes me wonder, why do business cards have a minimum price of $6, whereas Flyers have a minimum price of $4?

Flyers obviously take much much longer to design and they are saving the person who downloads a much longer amount of time, etc

What’s you opinion on this?

The business cards category is more expensive, but also seems to have a higher consistency of quality files, whereas the flyers category seems to on the whole be full of cheaper files, with products of equal and higher quality, but also a lot more files of lower quality…

my opinion would be to rather than reduce the price of business cards (after all they don’t have as large a scope as flyers) but increase the price of flyers, along with the quality.

:)

p.s, not a rant, just an opinion/observation

definitely needs more contrast mate, maybe improve the product image too so it’s crisper.

Maybe take a look at work by Kaixer, he does lots of really good business cards

When i first signed up, within an hour or so it’d sent me quite a few emails witht he following:

Envato Sales Notification ------------

Your current balance:

You have new sale(s) activity in the following items:

------------ Please DO NOT REPLY to this email.

(as above – it had no information in it)

then today I haven’t received any emails for the sales I have made :(

I’ve checked my spam too and there is nothing in there…

Have you tried iEnvato?

This makes a ping sound every time you make a sale and also tells you what you have sold

Don’t give up mate! Keep coming back with more designs, each time you get a rejection, don’t let it put you down, learn what you need to do to improve and apply it to your work next time round! :)

Good luck Kepinski! :)
