I’m pretty sure that right there is the problem. People blame banks but they are not the only responsible, why did people ask for loans in the first place? What makes you think that if you cannot pay for something now you will be able to pay for it in the near future?

Agreed. I know a lot of people who took home loans that last for 20-30 years. Effectively, you’re supposed to pay money to the bank every month for the rest of your life. I can’t even imagine what happens if they lose their jobs or the property itself lost the value. Most of these people don’t even have a back up plan for such situations.

I don’t understand how people can be so bold. I, for one can never take such a move.

Can I use item from the Logos section of graphic river as my author logo(as you can see my current on is ) ? I read the license and I don’t see any info on this.

Oh man! That really sucks. It’s a very sad situation I feel sorry for you. I hope that your govt. recover soon enough. I myself am never so bright when it comes to economics and am just taking advice from my dad and investing all money in land and housing.
