especially the german ones . Which withdrawal method are using? First I used paypal, now moneybookers, because I think moneybookers has a better currency rate. Everybody knows that these paying services have a bader currency rate than the actual one. E.g. moneybookers:

Thats working, but the users sets are not working, only when putting the url in the browser. Total weird.
Since yesterday I got mails that clients can not sign up in my support forum which is using the envato api to confirm the purchase. I just tried a simple call from my web server and it does not return the json.1.

Of course I replaced username, api key and purchase code. When I put the json url in my browser, I can see it, but not working when I make a php call from my web server. Does anybody have the same issue?
What do you think about a new desktop solution: Clients can report bugs/whishes via a button in their wordpress administration and you receive them in a desktop app. Then you can review the bugs and confirm if its really a bug and move that bug on the todo list. When you are done with the update, you can assign the fixed bugs/wishes to a version and at the end you have a nice list with all changelogs, that you can copy and paste in your item description (or wherever) ?!
I would like to know what kind of tools you are using to note bugs and wishes from clients? Are you using a desktop or browser solution? For example I am using wunderlist (desktop) to note all these stuff and making a todo list with it.
