the tutsplus network has awesome tutorials on wordpress development (assuming you already know the basics of php) and i dont think using a barebones or empty…starter themes are bad for beginners… and yes it saves time as well

hi, this reviewer always reply with a generic feedback while the others who have reviewed my items before…always reply with AWESOME instructions/feedback …which help improve the design by alot anyway my new theme got rejected :/ any suggestions how it can be improved?

You can have the plugin/image for which you have a commertial license on the main file and for non commertial image/plugins you can use them on live preview for the theme
