This definitely paints things in a new light.

We did give the okay, as we empathize with the difficult pricing situation that authors face when promoting their music for Trax ($4 for a track if a person doesn’t want to purchase credits).

Sadly this does seem to be unfair manipulation of the contest , so we’ll discuss the course of action that we need to take.

Also, if you’ve purchased the theme it would be great if you could use the account that you used to purchase the theme when seeking assistance.

ThemeForest is actually the marketplace and a community, and we provide a way for template/theme authors to sell their creations. Support isn’t guaranteed, but when seeking support for an item, the best place to start is with the author of the item you purchased. You can communicate with the author through the item comments of an item, or message them directly through the contact form found on their profile page.

It will kind of depend on where you try and live. Generally things are more expensive in Manila, so your earnings would need to be more in order to support you. If you live outside of Manila in one of the provincial areas, you’ll cut down on cost of living expenses BUT you’ll most likely have to deal with having a poor internet connection.
