A DMCA take down notice or copyright claim has potentially serious legal implications, and upon receipt of a valid notice Envato must take certain action. If the member wishes to contest this decision, they must have the notice retracted, and as such need to have access to the notice itself.

I hope that if they send de notice to the fake texelart, they delete my personal information like phone number, address, etc….

It is the first time this happens and as I said Raincutter the damage is small at the moment. I’d settle for that act fast because as we say in Spanish, “no hay mal que por bien no venga(no bad without any good, or something like that)”, I have known new website where i can try to sell my work.
