What did I say to get my post removed? That I think this affiliate program works very unfairly? Anyway…

I think you could be missing out on some good money by not referring traffic here. If used correctly the affiliate scheme can be incredibly lucrative :)

I’d like to know how you can use it correctly. It’s a real question. When I first subscribed to it, I was like: “Super, it’ll be working very well, because Theme Forest has the best quality themes!”

Several months after, and while I know purchases has been made via my affiliate link, I still didn’t get any commission…

Now imagine, for example I want to often propose articles to my readers about new themes available in Theme Forest. I do the research for them, I select themes and explain what are the interesting features, how they can use them, etc.

The fact is, if the visitors went one time in their life on Theme Forest before, I won’t get any commission, despite all my work. That’s not cool. At all.

Don’t get me wrong: as a customer, I absolutely LOVE Theme Forest. But as an affiliate, I think it’s really bad. Have I the right to say that?

Thanks.

Even with emptying cache, cookies, etc., rebooting the IP adress and arriving for the first time through an affiliate link, it doesn’t work. I love Theme Forest but, seriously, this affiliate program is very unfair. Some would even say it’s greedy/scammy.

Just taking my example: I buy a theme for a client – which is the BEST referal ever! – and I don’t get a commission for it.

For me, it kind of look like a fake/deceiving affiliate program.
