Sadly the reviewer never give a value feedback for hard rejection. So I guess there are no extend feedback for result on html.
The funny is author spent 1-2 months for develop the wp theme and reviewer can’t spend 5-10 minutes to write a value-feedback , details reason why reject.
I’m interest to convert to wordpress and not html

We got one Soft Rejection with our first item, but it was one small silly Javascript issue that had to be sorted. Got good feedback though….![]()
I think we’re talking about hard rejections. The sort rejection look like alway come.
I got 5 rejections and no value feedback from reviewers. so I quit design.

IF you tested live demo and you LIKE the item and you wanna BUY it, this means that you are a satisfied client.Why give it 1 star with no hesitation in just a few minutes? Did you really install it and test on your site that quick?

I think there is no need to give reviewers more work, but to make clients “responsive” and responsible. If they wish to vote 3 stars and below, post a REQUIRED comment with 500 minimum characters, with 20 REQUIRED keywords to explain why the low rating. If he writes stuff like “no support” or “bugs” (fixable), the rating should be rejected.
Another idea: clients are not allowed to vote in the first 48 hours after purchase. Just try to * read documentation * test things out, maybe he clicked the wrong buttons * REALLY ask for support, with PROPER attitude and providing issue details
The live demo can’t allow buyer understand everything about the item. This is why the bad function item could have 1k+ sales and other have only 100 sale.
Also the business is how to make buyer satisfied , not to make buyer keep silent, hard to rating an item

Quite simply, 1, 2 star ratings should be reviewed… but that would be a nightmare for the reviewers!
