It sort of helps. A decent looking theme for what I’m wanting, but I’m also needing it to be an HTML / CSS template. My current platform of choice is Squarespace, so I’m needing to be able to use it there, thus a Site Template of it.
I’d like to see a Site Template based on the template used by Medium.com
I am needing a one-page template designed for a Christian ministry. I would like it to be coded in HTML5 , styled using CSS3 (since this is only one page, I am wanting a major focus on typography and elements), and enhanced with AJAX (ie, page fades). I do not need a contact form or dynamic content, since this site will be static for the most part, and features like a contact form I can easily do myself so long as it is styled with the design.
The ministry is called acrosstothenations.com (the site is not up, but the name and domain are the same), and is an outreach ministry in which I carry a large wooden cross. I will only be providing static or semi-dynamic content on the site, so this is a project focused on the design and not the development.
A logo is being designed, but not complete yet, so I cannot provide that yet. I do not have a color scheme yet, and this may largely be determined by the finished logo, but I am after neutral colors, and I desire a clean, smooth, rounded look. Seeing this is a one-page site it can be an image-heavy template, but I don’t want the design to distract from the content, just so long as the design immerses you into the content (if that makes any sense).
I’m big when it comes to standards and semantics, so I am looking for a clean coder who can comment their code, and write it in a very organized manner. I will likely have changes that I want to add to the site over time, and am proficient enough in html and css to sift through things to find what I need, so long as the code is organized and commented, so this is a big point for me.
It dawned on me last night, that while doing a design for SocialEngine would be pretty straight forward, being able to do it without a license of the software would prove to be difficult. Therefore, I am going to talk to the people behind SE and ask if I can put up a live, but not production, site up so a prospective designer could do the work through the platform. Or you could download a trial to the platform and use that on you localhost… or I may just install a mulled version on that live development server so you can do the work, then I’ll simply remove the site. We have a decent budget, so reply here or send an email to roottoor (at) email.xom. Thanks
While SocialEngine is not a category on ThemeForest, designing for the platform is likely to be easier with its recent updates to use the Zend Platform, therefore I would like to request a design for SocialEngine. Theming for this platform is done entirely with CSS , so no experience with the platform should be necessary.
I am needing a design done for an adult-oriented social networking site. Please note that the design should NOT be pornographic in nature. Our site, while adult-oriented, is not to be misunderstood as a porn site. We are not the creative type, but do have a desired color scheme, as well as a general idea of what we want in a header and layout.
Sadly, there are not a large selection of pre-made themes for this platform, and it seems so many of the designers using the platforms are afraid to release new themes simply because of the simplicity to steal the designs, so I must turn to another source in hopes to find a designer.
