Let’s take a step back here.

When you say the files are deleted – do you mean that they appear in your Downloads page with a notice next to them saying the files have been removed, or do they not appear at all? If they aren’t appearing at all, the most likely scenario is that you purchased them through a different account. In 100% of instances where customers have contacted me about missing files, it’s because they were logged into the wrong account. It’s possible this may be the case for you as well, especially if the files are still for sale on the marketplace.

If the files appear, but a notice beside them explains the files are no longer available, then the only way to get the latest files would be to contact the author directly and request them.

Regarding responses from support, unfortunately those have been pretty slow lately, but do check your spam folder in case they ended up there

Third, I purposely didn’t spell out the words because I didn’t think it appropriate to do so even if I was a bit frustrated. And with today’s society putting the crap they put on TV, added with the so called ‘music” of today, the movies, etc. that magnifies far worse language and visuals than those two letters I wrote by a long shot…..get over yourself. So, if your that offended by the letters of bs that you had to “delete them” and put parenthesizes around them “for “language”, my advice to you is grow up and get a life. And thank you so much for “tattling” on me to the staff for my incredulous remarks so they can “join in”. ...... What are you, in third grade?

There’s really no reason for this tone. The forum rules state that crude language is against the rules, and Paul is enforcing that as he is supposed to. While I understand you are frustrated, there’s no reason you can’t express your concerns respectfully. And he did not “tattle” on you – he requested a staff reply so that they could provide you with an official response and assist in the matter further, if possible, to help get you a resolution. He was trying to help you – I think you maybe just misunderstood what he said.

Hope that helps to clarify a bit.

Hey guys,

Is anyone else receiving a comment notification for their own comments (on their own items)?

This morning I’ve started getting alerts “New comment from sevenspark” when I respond to customer comments.

I have reported this issue to support, but I just wanted to check if anyone else is seeing this so I can give them more information on the issue. :)

Thanks!

Chris

If you are looking for feedback from the community, you would need to provide a link to your work so it can be critiqued

This is the type of thing that you should absolutely be reporting to support, rather than posting in the forum. You need to get your question in front of the right people to act on it :)
