IMO , a unique plugin developed by the author, shipped with the theme files and works well with other themes will be enough.
There’s a custom search for the ‘Creative Commons’ made by Envato …
I know that Helvetica is not a free font, but I love this font and I’d like to use it in my future projects. Now what kind of licence do I need to use this font in a commercial project? and how can I get it?
And would that licence give me the right to include the font in the project files? (i.e the fonts folder in a theme to be used by the @font-face in the css).
So you want a very good theme that no one has bought yet and you want the author to remover from the market?
I think your chances are slim, unless you don’t mind if someone else already bought it.
I’m just gonna talk about the footer, because that what caught my eye the most. The footer has some messing content, like the ‘Recent Posts’ section, where is the rest of it?
The contact form needs a lot of styles, it looks very basic.
The line height is a mess.
The whole design needs a lot of work.
It’s very basic for PSD category
The whole website is one layout, all pages look pretty much the same.
The colors are very depressing, you should add some colors to it, or if you prefer the gray shades, you should use’em in a much better way.
Also you should work more on the footer and you should enhance the graphic quality, like buttons and such.
And pay attention to the details, like hover statements, what should links look like, and that kink of stuff.
I hope I didn’t upset you with my opinion.
Good luck with the design.
It’s nice, but it’s a very common design here on TF, you know what I mean?
You gotta make it more unique than that
And I don’t know if it’s the preview quality or not, but the text looks blury and jagged.
