With 4,222,500 community members there is absolute stack tonne of tickets to get through, opening more than one simply slows the process down.
Using twitter is just a way to bring to their attention that you require a faster response than the standard waiting time.
Would this not force a lot of falsification of ratings? Rating for a badge, and not necessarily reflecting on truly how they felt about the downloaded item.

Same here. He really contributed a lot to my childhood wonder (Jumanji, Hook, Patch Adams, Mrs. Doubtfire, Aladdin) AND adulthood wonder (Dead Poet’s Society, Good Will Hunting, What Dreams May Come, and Good Morning, Vietnam).
I pray this brings to light the severity of depression. It’s a disease that needs to be treated like one. Here’s a man that came across as incredibly happy. And I’m sure he was. But no one is immune to depression and it’s not something someone can “just get over.” It takes a healthy community. It always takes a healthy community.So sad.

Creating more tickets will just be wasting your own time as they all subsequently go to the back of the queue anyway.
As varcolac said, tweet them your ticket and you might get a faster response.

Authors may have different methods to provide support (and very important thing is that authors are not required to provide support at all, but most of authors support their products). Check out the Support tab for the item, and it should contain information on how to get support, and from where if author has own support forum or similar. Regards, Milan
Is the plugin in working state?
If the plugin is working and you are trying to do something out of scope, then it may be the Author feels your comments are not obligatory. (All be it, ignoring is very rude)
If the plugin isn’t in working state when you download it, do as GDragoN said and contact Envato. (Create a ticket and tweet then your ticket number for a faster response ) They can at least ensure the plugin is saleable to stop anyone else getting stung.

They are officially provided by Envato marketplace so there it’s completely legal and free. It’s on the right side of each category like themeforest, codecanyon,... I wonder if someone was unable to download the free files of the month, can he download them the next month or so? Any help regarding this question. Actually, I missed some and I want them too but don’t know how.
You can’t download previous months files. On the 1st of each month the files for the previous month go back to a purchasable product only.
