first of all the new design which i don’t particularly like, now this! ActiveDen ? sounds like a website for a gym or something.

Greensock, I’m still using your powerful engine for my own projects.

But when it comes to licensing it is really a big cost for developers when sales are still low. Using other engines isn’t always bad. I think it’s a good thing as it gives a reason to developers to polish their own classes and make them better.

Though, one thing that I noticed is that Tweensy and TweenLite are very similar in performance and both are very memory hungry. Between AS3 keeps memory usage low from what I can see, while getting a slightly lower framerate as TweenLite.

To put it short. If you have the money go with Greensocks engine, if not then try Tweensy or Between AS3 .
