It seems like you want this theme approved ASAP and you’re not working on the details. Please do not rush and work more on it.

PS: What category I should choose for my theme? “Blog / Magazine” will fit better?

I just enabled “Theme options panel” live preview for one of my themes, it doesn’t save any options, but allows users to see what options are available for my theme, and I was wondering if you provide back-end live preview for your themes?

And if you provide back-end demo, did you had any issues regarding security of your website?

You should contact author of theme from his profile page.

You can’t compare prices of plugins with themes and templates. To create a theme you need both design and coding skills. You should compare CodeCanyon with PSD section, because here it’s all about design.

You should contact the author.

I don’t think that Themeforest removed the file, but the author can delete his items from marketplace.
