I’ve only received one EL – and that was from Envato because they were using it in a tutorial. I mostly received Extra Small sales – could just be the nature of images that don’t require a larger version.

Thanks for responding, Collis! This all makes sense now.

I was doing my math based on the idea that it was a bundle worth exactly $500 and that would have made it $639.60 (essentially just moving the decimal point on the number of sales). But because I didn’t realize the bundle was actually worth $507, I was incorrect.

Thanks again for coming in here and helping me out. I’ll shutup now. :-)

Correction:

My exact sale numbers are incorrect. I believe the final sales were 6,395 last I had checked and I wasn’t paid for this number of sales

I’ve put in multiple support tickets and all have been closed or ignored and so I will attempt to find an answer via the forum.

I had a photo included in the Graphic Designer Bundle and received the royalties for this shortly after the bundle sale ended.

Since I had the bundle product page (from graphicriver) bookmarked, I was able to access this page for a few days after the sale was supposed to be ‘officially’ over. And there were 10-20 more sales after the official sale end… probably because of links to the product page that bypassed the splash page that was created for the bundle.

When royalties were paid out, we were paid for all sales up to the official end of the bundle sale, and they excluded the 10-20 sales that occurred after the official end date.

This doesn’t seem like a good approach to take since our files were still sold and are being used by 10-20 more people than we are being paid for. I believe the final number of sales up until the product page was finally taken down was 6339, but we were only paid for 6,307 sales.

Can someone from PhotoDune with authority to speak on the matter contact me, since I can’t seem to get a response from the support ticket system?

Thanks, Stephen

btw, the mass amount of badges you have totally breaks the layout on this page. :-)

I created a new account, but I’m stuck in limbo as I have not received the verification email yet (I placed a support ticket for this).

I was trying to use the same email address and this could be the issue.

Will I be able to skip the author quiz on the new username since I’ve already passed it on this account? Also – will I need to reupload my first audio file or should I put in a ticket to have it moved to my new account?

Thanks! Steve

Is there a way to be exclusive on AudioJungle and non-exclusive on PhotoDune? I’ve put in a support ticket but haven’t heard back for a while.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Thanks, Steve

Thanks for the advice! I went ahead and uploaded my short riff. Are there inspectors on the weekend? I know there aren’t for PhotoDune…because now I’m anxious to know if it makes it.

As I read the page for files that they do and don’t need, I noticed that AudioJungle says they don’t want “Tracks using only one instrument and only one note played at any time.”

Would this exclude my short jazz riffs on saxophone since I don’t have another instrument or harmonies with it?
