Description page is used for search, so I don’t see why not use tag words too (as far as they are relative to the project’s theme)
In some cases, I have added some extra words to some of my descriptions too, when 15 tags where not efficient…

Are both accounts at the same % rate levels and exclusive state?

I did a small research and I was surprised. There are 12 221 AAE projects right now on videohive. They are divided by 30 into 408 pages. When you sort them by sales and check last pages you can see that there are only 131 projects on videohive with 0 sales. I checked and 72 of those projects are relatively new (approved in 2013) and they will be probably sold soon. So that means there are only 59 projects from 12 221 with no sales (in the long term). And that means, according to statistics, that if your file is approved, there is a 99.52% chance it will be sold at least once and 97.13% chance it will be sold at least twice.

Indeed! It will be sold, but is one or two sales (or even 25) enough for the work put there?

Sure, uploading time does affect early sales. But a good description and relative tags are more useful when first exposure ends…
