Yes, I had a client that e-mailed me he accidentaly hit the 1 star instead of the 5 stars. As far as I know, unfortunately , once done, it is impossible to change the rating.

For authors with motion graphics or stock footage items, it is very helpfull to know the nationality of buyers.
Especially now that Fps attribute is visible.
We could adapt the files to the most wanted frame rate.
(Often one can’t upload both pal & ntsc versions, because of the upload limit of 500Mb. specially when alpha channel is included)
That could only be possible judging with the same factor for all. Maybe reviewers could add a Performance Information ratio, something like the “Windows experience index” on win 7 systems.
