@IronicDesign. It’s a really sad and inconvenient situation, and I am sure those 1 star ratings can hurt item’s sales (especially in the beginning, when only a few ratings are available). If this is a competition practice, it’s totally unfair. On the other hand, I’m sure Envato can’t guard this practice by investigating one by one those cases. So I believe there shouldn’t be a “1 star rating” option available at all. Getting these files approved by the reviewing process is already a guaranty that all Videohive files deserves more than one star rating.
I’m totally with you, & I’m sure your file will reintegrate to it’s deserved rating very soon, keep up your awesome works!

Hi. I bought “The Glass Animation”. But it isn’t transparance(I don’t want to see clouds. I need only grass. And cloudy backround have to be transparance). I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CS5. What can I do? Sorry my bad English.
Yeah, that’s a great idea AmethistLab, and can only be a win win chance! Count me in! Btw, first interview is very interesting!
Envato issuing an invoice towards me to use as expenses to my countrys tax departament?
There is a mistake somewhere.
The only way actualy send invoice is either envato sends it to me when I deposit money into envato account, or I send to envato when I withdraw my money. So can anyone tell which one is it ?Btw is it possible to issue invoice to envato when I withdraw my money ?
Case 1. Invoice towards you (as expenses). Yes you can print it. I do!
Case 2. Invoice towards Envato. I issue one every month. I never send it to Envato (since they don’t need it), but I still issue it, since that’s the only way to declare my income in my counrty’s tax department.
Yes, an add to basket (& wish list) feature would be nice!
No you can’t. But it would be really useful as an upcoming feature in the marketplaces!
