Support thread finally replied to and apology made (8 days after first post) “Very large backlog” the Support statement excuse…

Thanks all for the replies – still no responce!!! from support to a simple query. I don’t think I should need to go out of my way herre Navigator – there should be a solid support structure in place without me chasing them around twitter (which I don’t use) – but thanks for the suggestion all the same!

HI all,

I’m a long time buyer here on TF – I rasied a ticket last Friday morning and I’m still waiting on a responce from support. Is this a usual timeframe people have experience for a simple issue with Envato?

Thanks for your reply – But you’ve lost me a little…

1) Do I add code to the html coded pages of the mobile site / main site or simply add files to the main server directory?

2) Where do I get said code that tells the viewing device what site to show?

3) What do I label/name the mobile directory on my server?
