I checked my blocked senders list (just to make sure) but nothing there.

Thanks a lot for the reply. It’s appreciated. Nothing in the spam folder. I would have noticed it tbh. Any chance someone can send the ticket response again? Maybe via my profile?
BTW, I never had problems receiving emails from envato, codecanyon an d themeforest that I use and all of them are in the safe senders list.
