So nothing changes…

Hehe, bullsh*t ipsum… So I guess we should all make 1000 demos and add tens of plugins in order to stay competitive.

Most of my clients that buy the themes, said that they are tired of all the complex themes and that they look to them very “corporate-y”.

put the posts back or provide a reason why they were removed. I’m not a spammer to have my post vanishing without a trace.

side note: Yay my theme came in at number 30 :)

Yeah, I love your portfolio, that’s why I didn’t want to offend the authors in that list.

Just some changes are needed.

Okay, I’m not against these kind of multi-purpose themes, some of the are really great (and some are slow), but why Envato promotes only them? I know, I know – they sell good.

It’s like they want the marketplace to be filled with only these kinds of themes.. this is not the right way in the long term.

New categories and price changes are needed – really.

I’m not jealous or something, every kind of theme should have some chance.

There is a complicated issue we are working on. Marketopia may not be updated for the next two weeks.

The explanation on the themeforest site is kind of complex. If you want to get it, here is how it is:

Your item is sold for $10

$10 – ( 20% * $10 ) = $8 (This is the Item Price after the buyer fee reduction)

$8 – 37.5% * $8 = $5 (this is what you get as earnings for each sell after the Envato Author Fee deduction if you are a beginning author – more info on the percentages can be seen here

Basically what chilly_orange said but in a more “what happens behind the curtains” way.
