I always wanted to have an app on my phone to be able to check my balance and see the recent sales in a complete graph so that I could compare the sales of my different items visually. there are some cool apps around but none of them were able to make me happy enough.

Earlier this year, I decided to build an app for myself which would work the way I liked! When it was ready, my team mates told me that it would be a good idea to do some enhancements to the app and put it up for other developers on Envato so I listened to them and did some cool improvments with their help. it’s almost ready and I am doing some final bug fixes on it right now.

some of the features are:
  • uses Google Cloud Messaging tech, GCM to sends notifications to the app only when a purchase happens. so no bandwidth would be wasted on your phone
  • you can import CSV files of your previous sales to the app so you will have a complete information of your sales
  • there are many graph settings to compare items or marketplaces with each other!

*...

what I wonder is how I can let Envato team know about this app and the software? and where I can submit my creation so other developers here on Envato can see it and use it also?

about a month ago I contacted support and recently they replied that they will forward my message to the tech department! I think that means that I have to wait for another month to get a reply, right? well, I’m not a very patient person Envato! please check out my app which I have built for you exclusively before I change my mind! :D

below are some screenshots from my tablet:

Thanks buddies and thanks a lot Jesus, yea seeing our old AD friends here make us to feel more at home :)

@FinalDestiny: Thanks for your compliment, but about the design, don’t think it’s so basic… converting a design into HTML or WP version depends on the developer himself, two different developers may develop 2 different HTML templates out of one design as it’s not only the matter of design!

When ever I decided to start developing the HTML version, I try to pay attention to all of the little and tiny stuff… for example the menu items can go in a mouse scroller or I may update my work and tweak the design a little bit to support more menu items and more stuff and also may update my design too ;)

I try to feel free and don’t like to stick to the old routine ways of creating HTML templates.

I’ve been around with envato for more than 3 years and my files have been rejected MANY times. you as someone who is trying to submit your first file, should insist on your work and never get disappointed.

listen to what the reviewer has said and try to improve your work. don’t be afraid if you have to redo everything from start.

also make sure to take a look at the popular files to see the quality of the designs that are around here. the quality level has remarkably increased and what you trying to submit must meet the high quality around here.

overall, don’t back down and don’t get disappointed :)

Ok, the wave of TF ocean could finally drag me into itself and my first PSD template is approved. I really donno what to expect in regard of the sales, but wish me luck my new TF friends and my old immigrated AD friends :)

though, I wonder if now I should create an HTML template from my design or go ahead with creating a WP theme directly?
