Better place to get answer – Go to theme’s comment section and search for ‘visual composer’, sort comments by newest first.

we’ve updated our theme with latest prettyPhoto on June 19th, right after we got the first notification about the prettyPhoto issue. We’ve also included the “PrettyPhoto XSS fix” note to the reviewers. However, we still received the email on June 25th noting we have to update our item!

If you believe you have already fixed these items, then please resubmit them, leaving a note with the exact phrase “prettyPhoto resubmit” and stating the date of the previous update which fixed the issue.
Check if you have received notification on dashboard to install plugins. Otherwise check ‘Appearance > Install Plugins.’
Better go through theme documentation for detailed info.
Install both parent and child theme, install plugins. Then activate child theme.
