You have Contact Form 7 plugin for forms, so less likely it is due to theme. You can confirm by activating some other WP theme. Check if you have updated plugin version.

I contacted WPBakery and they responded with the following: The issue is because your theme came packaged with visual composer and the theme author has some instances of visual composer in his theme code. Because of this, when you deleted the plugin, this code failed to render and hence throwing this error: /home/petricho/public_html/wp-content/themes/ePix/lib/inc/shortcodes/styled-boxes.php You can get in touch with the theme author to get rid of all such instances which are present in the theme code, so yu will be able to delete the plugin without any issue

May be you are reaching custom menu items limit. Have you tried saving some menu with few links? Try to google for similar queries, there are few suggestions.
Also, check if you have debug true, this may give you exact error.

The First Reason is
Reviewer dont give all errors or issues in once. Upload again and he will give you new error again and again. It will go like 3 to 4 times.
Frankly, we cannot blame reviewers for not finding ‘our’ all errors at once.
Anyhow, after one or two uploads we are in position to note down common rejection issues to avoid. There is a thread too, which have all these compiled (contributed by authors).

Previously it was good that once you get soft reject so reviewer will check it very fast now a days wait atleast 3 days.

Third Reason isAll the reviewers having error list and they have written once. They copy it and paste it but not explain the issue where they are seeing the issue.
