This month I had two Sale Reversal. My question is why sale reversals are 2 months after the product was purchased. Because I donĀ“t have sale + $3.96 this month for this product just -$3.96.

I never had a single sale reversals on other Marketplaces, only on Envato and it began this year. Is not that a little weird? How many of you had Sale reversal in 2013 ?

I also have two models that have the same name, but they were approved. These are models of glasses, “Glass”. Although the models have the same name they are different. If the title corresponds to the product, I believe it would not be a problem, but if you upload a car model and name it accidentally “Door”, it will not pass.

The recommendation is to put numbers behind the headlines if there are more similar models. Door 1, Door 2, Door3 …

In theory, the two models can have the same name, because if I call one model Beer Glass, no one should call their model also Beer Glass. This is a bit silly, it would be too much hassle with uploads and reviews.

You are right, but it is older file. In the beginning of the “Ocean 3D” prices were higher. Maybe it’s about the quality, but it’s hard to tell from our perspective, because they preview images are very small.

I know how you feel, I had a similar situation, but with the help of “Envato support”, we managed to solve the “Low Price” problem. I hope you get higher price.

Overcast Sky is just jpg image, not HDRI so can not be used to illuminate the 3D scene. You can use it just as a background.

If you wont price $25 your image need more dynamic range and must be in HDR 32 bit format. Look at one of paguthrie HDRi, then you will understand what I’m saying. http://3docean.net/item/hdri-1554-clear-sky-low-sun/1613284

There’s nothing wrong with your picture, the price is probably less because it is a simple jpg 8bit images, not 32-bit HDR image that is often used in 3D. This is my opinion, but wait for their response and you will see why they gave such a low price.

It is best to put all these formats: HDR, EXR and jpg. Definitely You have to put hdr format, without it, 360 panorama is inefficient in any 3D program.
