If you use prefix_portfolio for cpt, make sure that you give your users an easy way to change the slug. Your clients would definitely hate an URL which looks like: http://theirsite.com/yourname_portfolio/theirproject

Pinned some tips there. Be an optimist with my suggestions and work on that more. Good luck!

Please work more on Visual hierarchy and readability, why are your heading text smaller than body size on some places? Too many different font sizes on every single details. Have you seen it on full hd display, there have some space issues. So I don’t like your contact form, looks unprofessional imo.

This is my quick 2 cents, Good luck

I don’t think static images in your theme is good for customers, because your theme size increases and makes similar problem when your customers installing it.

I think best way it to allow it to reduce all possible images or replace with a single placeholder image in you xml etc.

Just fyi, I have simple tricky idea that uses in my personal experience when I face memory issue. Import the xml file once without downloading attachment first and import again selected the option again. The only problem is this makes duplicated menu element and I delete imported menus. Just for my personal need :p

Can’t compare ART and LOGIC :) Theme is where they meet each other ;)

+1. Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works (coding). Said SJ

I’ve been using WP customizer for my 4 or 5 last themes. It is easy and you can see Live result. Sometimes theme requires advanced options but you should manage them on single option or options combination and make them as simple as possible. Simplicity is close to perfection!
