Greetings all, and especially envato stuff.

Sorry for bother and spread to the public our problems, but we simply don’t know how to attract attention of the support staff.

The reason we are writing here is the money from October sales, that we still didn’t received. It is not about a $50 or $1k, the question is about a pretty heavy amount of money…

On Nov 16 we received money on the wrong account. We made a mistake when made a withdrawal and didn’t set all of the required account details. So envato stuff decided to send money to the old account. We understand that he was trying to do as best. But unfortunately it is a problem for us, so we asked to make refund and send money to the new correct account (ticket #AUY-517-89338). The staff is kindly agreed to help us. We’ve made a refund and since that time haven’t seen our money.

On Nov 30 (11 days ago) envato support staff asked to confirm the transfer and promised to procced with the transaction. We confirmed.

On Dec 4 (7 days ago), we asked for status but didn’t not received an answer.

A couple of days ago we make a new ticket (#VIW-169-16719) and tweeted @envato_support but also didn’t not received an answer.

This is kinda wierd. The only thing we are asking is to respond. Simply confirm that everything is fine or not and what the status. As I said it is pretty heavy amount of money for us and we are worried, so you should understand that waiting 2 weeks for respond can lead to a nervous breakdown.. :(

We would be very grateful if can receive and answer from support.

If I understand Correctly, the popular files display logic is like this:

- Any file which is in ‘top 60 sales’

but, however, say your theme is on 55th position (with say 53 sales) and there are 6 more files with the same number of sales, then the total count will go to 61 (as they cannot differentiate files with the same number of sales in a week they have to show all or none), SO the all the files with 53 sales won’t make it to the list and list will display only 54 files.

I may be completely wrong, but that is what I have noticed so far across different marketplaces, would love to hear a clarification from Devs on this though.

EDIT : If your theme disappeared from the list in between the week (showed for half week and then gone) then please ignore my comment.

Hi, How come that our theme is gone from popular files since yesterday, so it’s now 54 instead of 55 popular files?

I contacted support via contact form and twitter but there are no answers in twitter since feb 15 :/

Thats not a rule violation:

You can still earn 33%

If you are choosing to sell the same content as you are selling on another marketplace or on your own site then you fall into the non-exclusive group. Non-exclusive authors receive 33% of each sale they make on the Envato Marketplaces.

Find whats the reason for soft disable and fix it.

So if I’ll sell my theme while it is even not for sale at ThemeForest I will fall to 33%?

Hi All,

Our theme was soft disabled recently for some unknown for me reason and is not available for sale at ThemeForest now. But preview is still up, and many people sending me emails with question if they can buy this theme directly from me.

So my question is whether it would be a violation of some ThemeForest agreements, etc. if i sell it directly while it is not for sale at TF?
