Why dont you guys provide support using Forums? I think that reduces a lot of requests as many duplicate questions get automatically answered when buyer search the knowledgebase.
At first, customers will contact their authors as the way they want.
Second, each case will be different, never total similar. May be they can find something good in Forum but they still want to ask more support for they case.
Third, each item had “Frequently Asked Questions” in Support tab for duplicate questions.
Last, just because I like. As an author, I like customer contact from my profile for support. I feel comfortable to ask customers about their site private information to login to support or other personal tasks.
As my personal opinion (hope you don’t mind): Support forum is just a lazy way for lazy authors. I hope I can change this thought in future, but that is it at this time.
ThemeForest team recently stopped include verify links into customer/visitor emails which were sent from author profile page. They replace with text instead. Example for a text at the bottom of an email:
--------- This email was sent through your item support contact form on Envato Market. Item: Blahbahblahblah Sender: Blowblowblow Purchase: Blowblowblow most recently purchased this item from you on 2013-10-02 You can reply directly to this email to respond to Blowblowblow.
This is not acceptable. Any none customers can make a fake email to request support from authors. Did you think about that?
I know that you are saving un-useful traffic to your market, but that’s not good. Please discuss here for another better solution.

I bought one theme from this author (bkninja) and now I need the author fix some bugs for the theme but can not access the detail page or send message from his profile. So I hope this account will be unlocked shortly.
Dear. This is old but I think it’s useful for you. I am using $20/m pack, and with this pack, you can run only about 3-4 demo sites for themes. More site can make it down (I mean down time).
About locking down a droplet, maybe we must check all scripts that are running. If have one scam or fraud script, your droplet may be locked down.

A customer rated my theme 1 star without leave any serious comment or information to allow me contact him back. What I must to do in this case? All other reviews are 5 stars.
My theme is ugly, or the customer is ugly or your rating system is ugly????
I don’t know why ThemeForest sent me email notifications even with my comments (an author) on my items. Is this a bug of Envato system?
Any body else met this problem similar me?
