Hello, I want to know your ideas, opinions about adding a search function into an html web site. There are some ways like Google services or other services but which one do you prefer?
Also I want to get opinions about if this can be done easily with frameworks like Laravel etc. Can I move html site to a php framework easily for a search function.
Thanks for the answers
My face while working and then making a damn good design decision.
Bedros saidThat was always a choice since internet has grown. But it has not been a mainstream way for web projects.
The future of the web will be programs like AdobeMuse (I know it doesn’t sound good, sad but true).
No Code , just design.
zatolab saidI advice you to use Foundation with Sass. Everything will be a lot easier after that. F5’s Sass page does not contain quality info about the setup but Sass with F4 was great. I installed Mixture (www.mixture.io) and using F5 with Sass very easily. I strongly recommend Mixture also.
Since themeforest make IE8 optional for browsers compatibility, I will use foundation again for my next project. And yes, foundation is way better than bootstrap, IMO. But, either bootstrap or foundation, I only use the grid stylesheet. I wouldn’t like to download all the components of those frameworks.
Hey guys Foundation 5 has arrived. I know most of you is a “bootstrap guy” but I can’t say “Foundation needs attention” because I think it is more powerful than bootstrap.
ok, I don’t want to make this thread a VS / Comparison thread.
There are many users also using Foundation in their templates/themes in Themeforest. (Like me)
Very excited to use this mobile-first, most advanced front-end framework in next projects.
Look to the docs and give it a try with Sass,
Fans are checking every details of it alreadyhttp://foundation.zurb.com/
Very nice to see GT6 players here.
Can’t wait for GT6.
Maybe we should do some online racing some time.
A Foundation user is here! Very powerful with Sass and Compass workflow!
