I really go back-and-fourth, but it’s always the extreme. It’s either got to be a lot of light, or really dim – no in-the-middle.
I’m 27. I gotta always think about that number, now!
Started with computers back in 1990 – 8 years old – Windows 3.1! Started messing with the web a couple years after that and then started professionally doing web work out in D.C. in 2000.
Now I’m back here in Kansas, where I grew up, doing full-time freelance plus GR and TF. And getting married in 6 weeks!
This is a great fresh look – it’s really refreshing. I like it a lot. Looks like there’s some great new features as well.
Great job guys!!
Picture it for a moment, you have worked hard to create an great icons set and uploaded it. At the same time “free file of the month” get listed that is also an great icon set. This automaticaly undercut the potential sales of your great icons set here and all other files listed in the related category, which means this hurts all authors who have icons in their items library.
I couldn’t disagree with you more, unless both of the icon sets are exact copies of each other (which would never happen) that would be the only reason your sales would be affected, because they can get the exact same file for free. Every file is different in its own way and appeals to different needs and buyers. The “Free File of the Month” is just a great way to give buyers a little bonus and generate some traffic, it’s also a way for the author of the FFOTM to gain some exposure. Its a win/win in my opinion.
I completely agree, Contempo.
Done as well. I think it’s great. It helps that author, attracts new buyers and also brings those buyers to other authors.
Yup, same here now. Slow yesterday, but overnight and this morning mine picked up as well – actually finished better yesterday than I normally do.
Yeah, I’m down. Only made two sales so far and I normally average 8. But there’s still a few hours in the day left here in the good ol’ central US!
Yeah, I had been noticing the slowness over the past few days. Thanks for keeping us informed. Good luck!
Thats my favorite site to go to for wallpapers. Good stuff on there.
Not sure what part your having problems with, but here we go.
You must first request a payout by the end of each month and you must have a balance of at least $50 by the end of the month for the payout to go through.
So if you request a payout by the end of July, on August 15th you’ll receive the money from that payout.
Once you’ve requested the payout, on the 15th of the following month, the money you requested will be withdrawn to your paypal account. If the 15th happens to be a weekend or holiday, it will be issued the next business day – 16th, or the 17th (most likely).
You must request a payout each month – requesting a payout out for July means that it will ONLY be for July. You must request another payout in August.
Hope that helps!
