Yea’ but you see it all over the internet, on tshirt selling sites – on independent sites, how do they do it?

I see everywhere, be it online or on streets – tshirts using logo’s of football clubs, or symbols of football clubs or brands etc etc, it may not refer by actually having the name “Star Wars” on it but you know you see it that is a silhoutte of Darth Vader

My question is – is this legal for “anyone” to do this or are there lines?

If I make a t-shirt…it’s a silhoutte of darth vader..you know it relates to Star Wars but no where have I said, this is “star wars”

Any thoughts to this? If I make a tshirt with vader shape, and sell it online I can’t get screwed can i?

I’m really fascinated by these guys who have just made “companies”, good ones, out of a game for IOS devices.

I was wondering, to start off something like this – I am sure they start off with say 2-3 guys max then obviously it grows. How do you look to start something like this, if I were to look for a freelancer to help me set up a game how much do you think I should be thinking in terms of investment?

One game and company that I love to follow are these guys -

They only have 2 games on the market but easily 2 of the most highest grossing. Obviously I don’t want to make something so in-depth to start but how do you think they started and then take it from there?

Hi guys, I am looking for someone who knows their way with IOS programming.

All designs will be provided, no design work needed.

The idea is simple -

App is for my friend’s fast food joint

It’s a check-in type of app, where people come in, check-into the joint, for every check-in they get a star. So it’s a mix of a check-in and loyalty scheme. After say 5 stars, they get a free burger.

I will discuss more in detail but that’s the main concept.
