Agreed.Probably the biggest trend videohive has ever seen.
Every now and then a 3D logo project comes along and it looks stunning – some authors are really pushing the envelope with this effect.
Sadly, the other half are cheap copies of Elegant Extrusion, bringing nothing new to the table…well…maybe new camera angles.
Let me see if I can suggest some additions to the analytics tool, that could add data like time of purchase and location of the buyers because that shouldn’t really expose any important privacy information.
Also a “Overview” page would be nice. Now it’s possible to see the visits, referrals and search on item by item basis.Would be nice to see a overview of it all.Total visits on all items etc.
Thanks for the replies. So the key is not attracting every After Effects user out there, but instead a specific person, ready to use some money…maybe even looking for a very specific project?
I had some keywords in mind and i my case i think something like “Logo Animation” could work as one of them?
Anyone have any experience using Google Adwords? The “Cost Per Click” seems a tad high for my taste, but i understand you can focus the ads on specific search really well?
Thanks for the stats, had no idea Themeforest was so far ahead
Hmm i haven’t noticed this DoubleSale effect. What about Analytics, getting anything out of that?
Edit: Share some info about the doublesellers.Price range? Style? I guess it’s safe to assume some files would get more “shown off” around social media than others.
“Look at this insane animation i got!”
Well my main concern is that many buyers don’t read the info box,so that’s why i would like to keep the information in there as simple as possible and get the details out in the main description.
Pre-rendered info would be nice.I would go for:
"Includes pre-rendered footage : YES / NO"
For the plugins you could add:
“Requires Plugins : YES / OPTIONAL / NO”
Most of the explaining would still need to be done in the description, and i would like to see the info box kept as simple as possible.
