Nice thoughts although what happens to people that make 2 minutes long very simple but great looking projects that end up being $20 – $25 ?
And there are people that make very complex high quality work that is 10 – 20 second long and sells in the range for $12 – $17
What i am trying to say is, defining a authors status based on the prices of his projects really doesn’t make any sense in my opinion.
A rookie could make a 2minute $20 project but would receive a ’’promotion in status’’ while the expert veteran makes something smaller (but way superior in quality) that is sold for less and does not receive that status. As i said, i like the idea but there should be very very strict rules to achieve a badge/special status for work. And not just based on how much a project goes for.
The badge is a great idea but it really can’t depend on the price of the projects.
Been waiting for this! Too bad for the price going up though.
There seems to be some problems with the avatars of the staff, same thing with baf2681 on the weekly feature.
Digitaljuice.com – VideoTraxx HD is the one (i assume) you are looking for.
File approved after 5 days, hits the front page and in less then 24 hours its gone.Hive must be busy as hell.
Here are some accepted files from graphicriver :
I think you can cut it pretty close as long as you don’t use registered trademarks (logos / names)
Minor adjustment to the main button maybe?
Everything works fine here (10.5)
This could turn out in your favor, let’s assume the file gets accepted in a “few days”...you hit the front page on sunday / monday. You have the whole week to make it to the top sellers AND the first half of the week seems to be the best sales days…
Just cheering up
There seems to be a lot of stock footage coming in so the project queue has slowed down a bit.Hang on,you’ll get there
EDIT : First on the overall queue too huh? There seems to be couple of new stock authors who are putting out files like crazy…i assume they are trying to get those “out of the way”
Thank you so much for these.Definitely will use these on my pages!
