Btw, I might turn out “stupid”, but – can somebody from staff, please, write short explanations for the camera movement options? For some of them I only guess what they mean, but I am not 100% sure. And I should be sure, before I start going through my portfolio :)))
This is not a new purchase. In fact, I bought it more than year ago. But that said, after that much time I can say for sure that it was one of best investments I ever made: e-book reader, Kobo Glo in particular
These attributes (plus a few more!) have now been added to the Upload page for footage items. See forum post for more details.
@Urbazon – thanks for the suggestion about adding model as an attribute. We haven’t included this in the current release, but as part of a bigger piece of work we will be reviewing how we handle Model Release forms, so this feature may well be incorporated into that.urbazon said
Great decision, I like that. I was actually thinking about something like this a few days ago. Any chance there will be a way to indicate model, so that buyers who want multiple clips with the same model can browse videos by specific model?
Thanks for your reply, Julian.
This is great addition, thanks!
However, I have a suggestion… Or, rather, I beg you to implement something like this:
it would be great to have “customized” upload page, with some attributes set to default for each upload, instead of them staying on N/A. For example, all footage I upload is full color, and almost none (like 99%) of it contains source audio. So, it would be of a great help not to click to set these options each time I upload a video – which happens a lot
Also, similarly to this – please provide an easy way to automatically update whole portfolio for certain attributes. For example, as I said, all of my footage is full color, and it would be a pain to go through each of 3500+ videos just to select the option “full color”. Can this be automated in any way?
A friend of mine is an architect, so he did a pretty good job of designing the interior of his own flat. I did a couple of shots and intended to upload footage to VideoHive. However, they were soft-rejected by a reviewer asking for a property release form to be attached.
So, I took a look at the property release form provided by Envato and I don’t understand what exactly to write on the last line, stating “[insert property]”... Can somebody help me? What to write there? Some explanation, like: “Apartment” or “Living room”? Or the address of the property?
This is indeed a great read, for both senior as well as new authors. Thanks, Adrien!
It happens sometimes that, even though there is an error message, the file actually ends up in the queue. Check your queue before uploading again.
However, I can now confirm that upload is working. Thanks devs for fixing this
