Notifications are down in the past day or so… Anybody else has this problem?
yio saidI agree with this. I also think it would be useful. As a matter of a fact, I believe I’ve also requested this a while ago. Glad I’m not the only one who needs this functionality
Hi! Very useful application
Just a feature request
It would be great if in the statement tab, clicking on an item would open the web browser with that item’s page.
I have items in different Envato marketplaces with similar names. I.e. a photo of a projector in Photodune or GraphicRiver, a video with the same projector in VideoHive and a sfx in AudioJungle. This could be solved by adding the individual marketplace icon but a link to the item page would be also useful if the author want to check something else. Thanks!
Also, no comment on this from dysko?
I am also curious about this information.
urbazon saidI don’t think that’s possible. With the Envato API I can get the number of items for each marketplace, but I can’t know which item is from which marketplace. Unless I start doing some crazy stuff like parsing your portfolio page for each marketplace (and potentially each page of your portfolio), which slows things down dramatically. It just gets too complicated.
When I try to export my csv with all past sales, this is what I get (on Envato): “Your result set contains too many statement lines to be exported into a csv file. Please try to narrow down the selected date range.”
I guess I’ll have to use your app only for stats of past 12 months or so…EDIT: Is there any chance you could implement this feature: like it now shows total earnings per item, I’d like to see total earnings per marketplace, in current month and in the past 12 months, for example. It would mean a lot to us authors who sell on multiple Envato marketplaces.
I thought you were using the CSV statements (somehow? ) – they contain the information about the marketplace where the transaction happened.
well actually you can, use the Advance Search feature. ”+” sign under Statement Tab.
Thanks. But it lists the complete statement, without cumulative information about number of sales nor the earned value. I know I can export a csv statement and then calculate on my own in third-party software (like I’ve been doing for the past few months)... But, you see the fuss with it taking 10 minutes, instead of 2 clicks on the Earnings page…
Wouldn’t that be very useful for us authors who sell on more than one Envato marketplace?
On the Earnings page there could be “buttons” to access filters to show earnings and sales per marketplace, or all (like it’s now).
What do you think about this?
Oops! Looks like the discussed update for this thread wasn’t able to be posted in time. Sorry about that!
In regards to future plans, we currently have projects in dev taking into account demands for larger file sizes but this work is still some time out from being finished. Until then, the VideoHive review team is making exceptions when appropriate (when you’ve done your best to limit file size). If you feel you need to go over 1 GB for your uploaded item, please include additional information as to why in your message to the review team. Thanks everyone!
