You can have all the software in the world… but the most important thing is to have talent and drawing skills.

it depends by…
- stage fps
- how many elements are animated at the same time
- what effects are on those elements
- how much area is covered with effects(alpha channel, shadow, blur...)
Is recomended to use Tween classes other than the default one of flash…

the guys from istock have some cool rules about uploaded files… read them and maybe so you will get the ideea about what is a good file or not…

i think those rules can make a pretty job here… :P
