Hello there.

I have several customers who complain about registration on my support forum. I just want to purchase my own item to get a purchase code to test.

Is this Ok? Will I have a purchase code after purchasing my own item?

Thanks for your help.

Don’t afraid to say no as well. You will have buyers who want customization (rather than bug fixes/adjustments) and you should have a distinct line where too much is too much. Otherwise you’ll be spending all your time providing free valuable development hours – not support hours.

I’m a newbie. :) When some customer wants something, I’ll consider it and question myself: “Do other customers need this feature?” If it’s very specific, I’ll refuse. If it’s general, I’ll update the theme. I can also learn so much from developing new features. :)

The 15 of the following month money will be in your account.

I used Paypal + Vietcombank service. It takes from 3 to 5 business days to withdraw your money from Paypal to Vietnam Bank.

Hope this help!

Thanks for your information. :) Paypay doesn’t support transfering to Credit Card in our country, does it? Could you please recommend me some trusted article that guide step by step transfering money to Vietnam? Thanks. :)

The money will be in the PayPal account usually in 15. I usually receive the notification email from Envato stating that they send the money – in the same time with the email from PayPal which tells me that I received money from Envato :) To wiithdraw from PayPal to a card, there is a limit of 500$ per day.

Thanks for your information. It sounds Paypal doesn’t support transfering to Card in my country. So sad. :(
