Hey Nissim,

Great to hear from you. I have already sent a mail at the above mentioned address. I got that from another forum where I saw your post.

P.S. Are you a representative of Payoneer support in India? or Global?

Hi Sourav, can you please forward me when they reply :) , Abhin

I am following both examples on http://wiki.envato.com/buying/support-buying/solving-broken-theme-issues. For instance, I have ZIPed the Luxury Wordpress theme itself entitled “cudazi-luxury” and uploaded it via the WordPress themes admin panel by selecting “add new” and clicking “upload” and each and every time I get a “theme install failed.”

Contact the theme’s author and after a little patience i’ sure hey will assist you.

Ok, thanks. If anyone would like to bid on the job please let me know and link to samples of your work.

Please take your spec/bidding request to another place. Be serious when you post a job request here. Either ask for a formal quote or give the price you want but please don’t ask us to bid on a project.

this is the exact response i received The images inside your main files cannot be used without appropriate licensing or express permission.

Just take a screenshot of the note on DA with the permission in. Then ad this screenshot in the reviewers section so they can see permission that has been given and give credits in the item description.

This should be it.

90% to the dev of course.

????? – feeling alright over there. Don’t you think designing 10 to 20 designs and complete user interface structure for a project isn’t much work. We also have a partner account here on themeforest and codecanyon and we split everything 50/50

Dev takes care of tech related things, Designer comes with the ideas, does the marketing, docs etc etc. so 50/50 is a very good deal. Dev’s are important but they stand nowhere when they don’t have a good designer or when they can’t design themselves. And this is vice versa so 10/90 is a ridiculous suggestion and therefore i hope your joking about this..

I was exaggerating, but 50% for psds and 50% for xhtml, wp and support isn’t a good deal for the dev.

If there is any dev out there that wants our psds and make everything and then split 50/50 should send us an email immediately :)

When you have made good agreements about sharing the tasks then 50/50 isn’t really that bad. We have a agreement that I (designer) do all the hosting costs, user interfaces, presentation, ideas and filling and testing of the theme when dev is finished.

So my partner (developer) can focus on just the developing part of our themes and plugins.

This works best for us and you’ll need to understand that (even developers are awesome and we all need them) when the visual aspect isn’t well presented and designed the developer on it’s own is nothing.

Hi,

Anybody else having troubles with clients who’ve downloaded corrupted files today. I’m uploading a new zip just to be sure the file is okay and that’s pretty unstable as well.

And normally when we upload files, the files from previous themes/plugins should be gone after it’s approval or am i mistaking.

If you purchased an extended license, then yes. Alternatively, you must purchase one license for each site you use it on.

He only needs to buy an extended license if he’s reselling the item or use it in a paid service. App or something like that.

When he is using the theme on 2 or 3 different domains then he only needs to buy the same theme 2 or 3 times.

One purchase for one domain.
