I get this error:

TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert flash.display::Sprite@539aba1 to flash.display.BitmapData.

What am I doing wrong?

Umm… where to start.

The “streaming” stuff is from a little system I created that juggles arrays quickly using json and acts as a socket without wasting memory. It’s reeeeeealy complicated, I sometimes get lost in it.

I created all the back-end from scratch and used json again to transport arrays to the flash. It all goes through 1 file that includes more files into it based on the query. All the designs except the pictures are created with script, the drawing classes.

It has taken me awhile, and then take into consideration I’m 16 and have school.

I believe with XHTML you can load an .swf with the object tag, instead of embed.

I think messing with framerate through EventListeners is dangerous either way, I’ll just still to a constant framerate.
