The ticket was replied to 2 days after you opened it and there was another reply the same day your second reply was posted. The Devs have been busy looking at trying to replicate the upload issues. Thanks!
cant submit my uploads for almost two weeks by now, and the support team puts me on hold with no solution to the problem ........HELLO IS ANYBODY THERE???
I dont have problem with uploading the files! my problem is when Im finish uploading, and submit, it take me to broken page . anyone can help?, staff?
When i’m done uploading files and submit, it direct me to the Error page each time. Is there a problem with uploading at the moment or what?
This new feature shows us what we knew all the time…that someone wanted to damage our success, it can be either a bad buyer or a jealous author…. if you asking me its the same trolls that ripped our items into the pirates sites!! but it doesn’t matter who is behind this, its matter what we can do about it and this is a problem for Envato staff that should take care at this, as suggested by others in this thread make sure that there is no option to rate 1-2 stars without a decent reason and you should have a comments section for the rating to expose the buyers
