Don’t know if with all these refreshes we’re going to have more frequent maintenance downtimes, but while F5 around the recent one that lasted a while, I noticed the text looks a bit… unprofessional?

“Hey! Just a sec. You’re here coz we’re making some big backend changes to the Envato Marketplaces! We’ll be back in just a minute or two. Thanks very much for your patience.

Hmmm… “Hey! Just a sec.” ... “coz” ... “minute or two” (why not just say soon) ... “thanks very much” (non native english speaker here but that doesn’t sound formal enough? shouldn’t it be Thank you very much/so much…?)

Also it still shows the old envato logo.

I don’t think you need to be formal to be professional.
Google uses the following:
A team of highly trained monkeys have been reported.
If you see them, show them the following:

I understand that, but I said “formal enough”... and this “formal enough” is for potential buyers visiting the marketplaces, not for authors. As an author I don’t care if it said “Go get a beer and relax, the highly trained monkeys are fixing the marketplaces, shouldn’t take long” ... but as a potential client visiting the marketplaces for the first, second or third time, I wouldn’t like it. First impressions are important I think…
