Does the team member see the comment on my items on their dashboard? I have a new envato user for the support team, but they do not see the comments in their dashboard. Everything else seems OK.

Also, once a team member answer to a comment, the comment should be marked as read and should disappear from my dashboard. I do not see the point of it still being visible to the author.

Actually I like the idea of still having the comment on my Dashboard even if someone from my team answered, this way I can see what they’ve replied recently, I can mark them with a single button as read.

Great changes Envato! Finally.

Its a great feature. However, there are some scenario where I do not want the buyer or someone else to know who I am using for development of this theme. So it will be great, if we can choose a icon and a name for one of the authors who are in our team.

So it will be like we do in our support forums, where we have our company icon as the thumbnail and the support staff name.

In that case, you could create a second Envato account – for example, “enFusionSupport”, and then add your comments to that account, and let your agents use it.
