We have been investigating the inconsistencies with delivering email notifications and made some improvements. Please ensure to let us know if emails continue to not be delivered to all your team members.

I think there is a small glitch between replies:
This error is very annoying – write the message, hit submit and then receive this and the content of the message is lost.

+1 We were really happy when we read the news but not being able to reply sooner than 10 minutes make the feature unusable. We get lots of comments and we simply cannot wait that long for posting a new reply. It would be great to see this fixed.

Ah-hah! We have some comment rate-limiting features in place to protect from spam on less-trusted accounts. It looks like you have a brand new account (probably set-up for this new team feature), so you haven’t built up any of those trust signals we’re looking for yet.

We’ll take a look at what we can do to fix it for accounts like yours and update this thread when it’s fixed. Hopefully today, but it might have to fall into early next week. Sorry we missed this in testing!

We’ve made some changes, please let us know if you’re trying to answer questions as a team member and still getting asked to wait 10 minutes between replies.

A team member still receives a notification when the person that created a team posts a comment. Is this how it was intended to work?

Yes. This was an intentional decision.

You can opt out of receiving team email notifications by changing your email settings.

Yes. This was an intentional decision.

Will be nice if in the future I could turn off notifications for team comments.

Nice feature but need hell of improvements.

The urgent thing that we need is option to see all unanswered tickets in one place (like the original author), it’s very frustrating to go on all pages and on all author themes to see for any ticket that is left unanswered. :(
