I appreciate your help.
I am not 100% sure, but it’s most probably something related to the iOS feture to automatically recognize phone numbers and turn them to a call_to link. Does it happen on android device AND/OR does it happen if you resize the browser to a smaller width on a desktop device?
Thanks for your answer.
I am unable to diagnose that which script is cuasing the issue. Can you please let me know that which type of script could be the cause of this issue.
I have checked my site on desktop firefox browser for smallest device size but its working well. It doesn’t work on all mobile devices.
At start post you have mentioned phone number disappears on all mobile devices like iPhone, iPads. Not sure if the issue is with these only as later you said on all mobile devices.
If only iPhone, iPads as @theAlThemist said, try disabling phone number linking.
<meta name=”format-detection” content=”telephone=no”>
Edit : It’s there, but as the color of link for your template is same as background color it is not visible.
Thanks you so much for your feedback. Yes you are right color of link for our template is same as background color it is not visible.
Thanks. Will like to make some correction to my previous post.
As issue is conformed, it is better to style link to be visible in header than disabling this good feature for iOS (Just my personal opinion though ). Hope you have done that way only.
