Really bad… One year, 45 items and all 59 sales. Do not have the patience anymore…
No motivation to work.
You have very nice compositions.
Yes. Some tracks are amazing! Try to promote yourself, and upload more tracks every 3-5 days. You have a potential.
Hey SerjAnt, you’ve the talent. Here are a few suggestions if you’ll accept. First of all, don’t push yourself too hard. Take regular breaks when you feel exhausted. Have a long term strategy. Write longer descriptions to your tracks so that search engines can find your content. Promote your tracks on youtube and elsewhere. Writing full tracks can sometimes exhaust you and discourage you especially when they don’t sell at all. Try to upload some short logos, sound effects, etc every now and then. They don’t bring a lot of money but make you feel alright when you have regular sales on those.
Thanks, guys. But i’m not sure that i can upload items so regularity. I thought that the quality is more important than quantity.
soundengine, thank you, your advice will be very helpful to me
Dear Serj, I’ve same story and I feel perfectly like you..I read everyday about authors with 9-10 sales PER DAY !! I really can’t imagine how it’s possible, I thought it was a problem of promotion, so I started using youtube, twitter, I spend some hours everyday just sharing and twitting my track, also on Facebook, but no more than 5 6 sales PER MONTH …so I don’t know what to think..
MrLukeFor, Hopefully, we all get better with time. I liked the music that you do! Keep it up!
The point is to have commercial value stuff with good exposition. Probably your audio is not for common use, it’s above commercial blah blah. Look most best selling artists have 2-5 powersellers and the rest performs about average. The secret is to have the killer song which gives you many uploads in very short time and then it grows like a hurricane. So it’s connection of commercial usability (good wide usable composition + good mix and arrangement), advertising (keywords, seach engines, youtube) and simply LUCK . So I wish you many luck!
