Yes, it clears no things up. I may suggest to avoid answering to questions if one don’t know the answer. Since you have the staff badge it may create confusion
I believe I’ve cleared it up. What’s still unclear to you?

you can’t have regular license and gpl at the same time. there are two contradictory license.

You need to remove the regular license part from the item purchase page and add a new type of license in the license description page. here: http://themeforest.net/licenses

@FinalDestiny, WooThemes’ items were put through the same review process as all authors’ items.

what about the rate? is 33%? Do you know something about this?

@Japh: so they somehow put all 30 themes in the que at once or how did they end up on Themeforest almost simultaneously, just with scattered release dates?

As I mentioned earlier, the Regular License applies to all items. Section 13(b) of the Regular License then says that if the author has chosen to license the item as 100% GPL, then you can disregard the rest of the Regular License, and the GPL applies.

Correct. All 30 themes were added to the queue at once, the release dates were then scattered manually to prevent there being a WooThemes-only page.

You need quite a bit of time to upload 30 Themes and considering at least a few of them would get soft rejected (from my experiences and experiences of other authors), I find that extremely hard to believe, so I will stick to FinalDestiny thoughts here. Or perhaps all 30 themes were perfect right away :)

Actually, as WooThemes were waiting until the 100% GPL option was created, we held their themes (once the normal review process was completed) until the option was live.

As Envato stated – they are partners. These rules do not apply…
