I guess it will reallllllllly hurt but at least he will be low enough in orbit that if his suit gets damaged he can still breathe. Thinking about it now I’m guessing he will have a chute out before he gets to an altitude where birds would be a problem.

I am trying to remember my physics classes, but wont he reach the speed of inertia ? which he would anyway ?

So the risk of hitting a bird remains the same as freefalling from 10,000 ft ?
