Now seriously, it’s good for general audience, to make some fast and funny stuff to show to their friends etc. but i don’t believe it can’t be used for much stuff when talking about professional modeling.
Maybe like a time saver when you need some items (lets say sculpture) in your scene, and you don’t have much time to recreate it.
Also there will be problems with poly distribution and topology for sure.

With more powerful machines, having a super optimized 3D model, will be less important if you can just take some pictures (or videos ) and create a model that you can use in your project.
