@Infuse01, for now it’s paying off. I’m currently only referring to GraphicRiver where the prices are rather small, and so, the commissions.
Currently I’m making an ok monthly supplement to my income from referrals, but in the new year I plan to launch 2 new campaigns referring people to ThemeForest, where the prices are 6-10x higher, and hopefully also the commissions.
Depending on how much you need, I most definitely think it’s possible to make a living from the referral program.
I know of people who’re earning several thousand dollars a month from it. I myself have set the target of $5,000 per month, and I won’t rest until I hit it 
@MSFX & @Revaxarts, hehe I don’t think I’m skilled enough to write a book or offer any pro advice, but I think it could be a good idea to monitor my two new campaigns and report back on them, hopefully people could learn from the results
